Happy Valley Cellars produces two wines, a deep, luscious Zinfandel and rich, complex Petite Sirah. In 2008, we harvested one ton each of our best hand-picked Zinfandel and Petite Sirah fruit and trucked the grapes one hour north to the state-of-the-art custom crush facility at Judd’s Hill Micro-Crush, located in the Napa Valley on the Silverado Trail in St. Helena, CA.

Our award-winning Zinfandel was barrel-aged for 30 months, half in new French Oak barrels and half in neutral barrels, and was then bottle-aged an additional six months. Tasting reveals a heady aroma and deep, complex and luscious fruit flavors. We encourage you to enjoy this wine with spicy barbecued ribs, marinated pork tenderloin, or dark chocolate. The 2008 harvest yielded just under 50 cases of our Zinfandel.
